Currently,Korzen Hair only ships inside the US. Shipments to international destinations are not available.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information to the email on file.

We are sorry the product/s arrived damaged please email  us atinfo@korzenhair.comwith a photo of the damaged product/s. All damaged claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

If we are contacted via email at info@kozenhair.combefore the order ships we will delete the duplicate order for you. Once deleted we will respond to your email advising the error has been corrected. If you do not receive a response to your email, the order may have shipped before we were able to read the email. Please be sure to check all the information including your order before checking out.

Korzen Hair care products are formulated and manufactured for us by us in the USA.

Our products have a 2 year shelf life if unopened and stored properly.An opened bottle of product may go bad anywhere between six months to twelve months.If your product looks and smells different please discard.
