Order Processing & Excellence
At Korzen Hair, each order is processed and prepared for its journey to you within 2-3 business days. Once your package has been handed over to our carrier, USPS, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your formulations to arrive at your door. We ask that you double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order to ensure your "Root to Healthy Hair" journey begins without delay.
The Arrival: Inspection & Care
We take immense pride in the quality of our products and our packaging. We kindly request that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery to ensure everything has arrived in perfect condition.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the frustration that comes with a package that goes missing after it leaves our hands. While Korzen Hair is not responsible for packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery, we are committed to assisting you where we can.
If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

Damaged Items & Quality Assurance
Our commitment to your hair health includes the integrity of our bottles. If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
