Our products are crafted with high-quality ingredients and have a shelf life of 2 years when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 6–12 months for peak potency. If the aroma or texture changes, it's time to refresh your supply.
Absolutely. Our formulations are designed to nourish without stripping. However, because every chemical treatment is different, we always recommend a patch test to ensure total compatibility with your current color.

If the order has not yet entered our fulfillment cycle, we will rectify the error for you. Please review all details carefully at checkout to ensure your order reflects your needs.
Integrity is our standard. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us at info@korzenhair.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can provide a swift resolution.

We process all orders with intention within 2-3 business days. Once shipped via USPS, please allow 7–10 business days for your products to arrive at your door.
Once your order is processed, a shipment confirmation containing your tracking details will be sent to your email on file. You can follow your Korzen products from our Texas facility straight to your door.
